The Symposium will be devoted to cutting-edge and noble stories of the Gondwana as well as field-trip with fine and compotable autumn of an amalgamated-block-fragment (Korea) from the Gondwana. Focuses will be also made to comparison of continental construction freatures in Central Asia with those of western Pacific and to the foldbelts of South Korea facing the amalgamation of the North and South China Cratons. The Symposium will be followed by a 2-day field trip to the Hongseong eclogite site and Imjingang Collisional belt.
